All prices are duty paid, but exclusive of VAT, which will be added to invoices at the prevailing standard rate.
All wines are offered subject to stocks remaining unsold.
All goods supplied remain the property of Helena Wines Limited until payment in full has been received. Notwithstanding this, the risk in the goods shall pass on delivery of the same to the purchaser, who shall insure such goods to their replacement value.
No claims for breakages or short delivery can be accepted after three days from the date of delivery. In the event of a breakage or short delivery, our office must be notified immediately by telephone or fax. Damaged packages should be retained for inspection by carriers and consignment notes should be amended or annotated before the goods are signed for.
Orders, the value of which is at least £500.00, are normally delivered free of charge to addresses on the U.K. mainland within a distance of 250 miles . Delivery charges for other orders will be advised when these are placed and added to invoices. In the event of non-delivery, we must be advised within 14 days of the date of invoice.
We reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 3% per month from the due date until payment is made on any account not settled within 30 days of the date of invoice and to invoice any charges incurred in respect of returned cheques, etc.
