The grapes for this top drawer white Chateauneuf-du-Pape come from a plot of just three quarters of an acre by the walls of the city of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. This wine is a blend of 95% Clairette, 4% Genache Blanc and 1% Picpoul-Bourboulenc, vinified at a cold temperature in oak barrels and matured in new oak barrels from Provence for eight months. It has aromas of tropical fruit and honey in a medium to full-bodied style. For the white wine lover, this is one to savour and enjoy with pleasure. Year 2003&2004.
